THE NON PROFIT DIFFERENCE
Hospice Brazos Valley is the only non-profit hospice serving the Brazos Valley. We also operate the only dedicated hospice inpatient facility in our community. The non-profit difference means that patients, not profits, guide the comprehensive care you receive. Our bereavement professionals lead a variety of grief support groups and programs for patients and families which extend above and beyond industry standards. Thanks to generous community support, all grief support groups and programs are offered at no cost and maintain an open invitation to anyone in the communities we serve.
INPATIENT
FACILITY
For our patients with symptoms too complex to address at home, Hospice Brazos Valley offers care at the Inpatient Facility (IPF). Hospice Brazos Valley operates this one-of-a-kind, short-term, acute care inpatient facility dedicated to providing specialized care for hospice patients who require active treatment, frequent assessment and and skilled medical interventions.
Care is directed by a Board Certified Hospice and Palliative Care Medical Doctor and administered in a family oriented environment staffed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
RESPITE
Respite care is designed to provide temporary, short-term relief for the caregiver when time is needed to rest and replenish, or during a time that more care is required to meet the needs of your loved one.
FAMILIES FIRST
The Hospice Inpatient Facility was designed and furnished with family needs in mind. Large suites and spacious family room provides ample space for loved ones to spend quality time with patients.
