This celebration is hosted by Hospice Brazos Valley annually in Brenham and La Grange to celebrate the lives of loved ones for whom we were honored to provide hospice care for during this previous year. This event includes messages from Hospice Brazos Valley staff and leadership. You are encouraged to invite your family and friends to attend this special tribute.
