Thank you especially to the Hospice Care Aide that came every morning to get him ready for the day with TLC, to the Volunteers that gave us our beautiful celebration of our 61st wedding anniversary and to the Nurse for sharing our closure time with us. "The concept of Hospice was new to us when we were unexpectedly faced with caring for my terminally ill mother. We were impressed by the dedication of the staff and the efforts made on our behalf. The Hospice Care Aide provided loving care, was gentle and considerate and respected the dignity of the patient. The Nurse was very competent and she was always willing to help and did much to encourage us when we felt inadequate. The volunteer in her caring and loving way has provided us with support and help that has been invaluable. All of the staff have been willing to help us in any way possible. Despite the anguish of what we have gone through, we feel fortunate to have met so many wonderful people. We are grateful for all that Hospice Brenham did."
