Hospice Brazos Valley Volunteers make it possible to fulfill our mission of enhancing the quality of life of Central Texas residents. Hospice Brazos Valley Volunteers are an integral and vital part of our hospice team and provide a variety of services benefiting patients, their families and Hospice Brazos Valley staff. Volunteers bring joy and provide comfort to the patient and family.
When you give, you receive even more in return. All volunteers are provided with the training required to become part of our team. Training time can vary depending on which area of volunteering you consider. Most Volunteers are 18 years or older. Please consider becoming a Hospice Brazos Valley Volunteer today!

Patient Support Volunteer Training
Hospice Volunteer Patient Support Training is a 4 hour, comprehensive orientation addressing important aspects of hospice care. Patient support volunteers will feel empowered and supported as they begin their work with hospice patients, knowing they have made an impact on another person's life and their community.
