Program
Hospice Brazos Valley, Inc. is accredited by
the Community Health Accreditation Program (CHAP).
CHAP is a national leader in high quality healthcare
accreditation. CHAP establishes and sets standards
of excellence to distinguish first rate healthcare
providers, including healthcare services that
are delivered in home settings. The accreditation
process includes an intensive organizational
self study and an eight day CHAP site visit
to review and assess all operational practices.
Hospice Brazos Valley, Inc. was reaccredited
in 2010.

Texas & New Mexico Hospice Organization,
grounded in hospice philosophy and standards,
advocates excellence in services, promotes ethical
practices, and fosters education and research.
It assists its membership network to provide
care that enhances the quality of life for patients
and their families experiencing a life-limiting
