in Bryan , Texas , Hospice Brazos Valley has been providing
end-of-life care to central Texas residents since 1989.
Our service area encompasses all or part of
17 counties. Offices are located
in Bryan , Brenham, and La Grange
. Hospice Brazos Valley also operates resale stores
in Bryan and Brenham.
A
not-for-profit, community-based, and community-supported
organization, we offer comprehensive care in a life-affirming
manner when curative treatment is no longer possible
or desired. Hospice care can be provided wherever the
patients considers home. Our patients receive care from
a team of skilled professionals whose goal is to add
quality to life when life is limited.
Care
is provided to those in need regardless of their race,
age, faith, diagnosis, or ability to pay for services.
Our wide-ranging bereavement program helps to provide
counseling and support to loved ones after the patient's
death.
Hospice
Brazos Valley is a member of the Texas
Non-Profit Hospice Alliance and the Texas
New Mexico Hospice Organization . We are also accredited
by the Community Health Accreditation Program, Inc.
(CHAP). CHAP is an independent non-profit accrediting
body established in 1965 that certifies organizations
which have voluntarily met the highest standards of
excellence for home and/or community-based health care.
